The Dragon’s Duel takes place at the proverbial fork in the road. It’s both Ally and Challenger at once, as it represents the tension of opposites. Even though the truth is that we live in unity, we experience the duality of faith and doubt, love and fear, right and wrong, black and white. This aspect of your current experience asks you to accept that although you may be going one way, another may call to you to change direction.
Now is the time to inquire whether it’s your ego or your soul leading you. There are always choices in life. Decision-making also solves inner conflict. If you’re torn between two dragons, the one that you chose to feed will be the one that wins. Which is it? If it’s not the one that serves the highest of your intentions, deliberately feed the other and the duel will be won in your favor.
6 ~ The Lady of the Mirror
The Lady of the Mirror is both Ally and Challenger, asking you to see yourself in the mirror made by the events in your life. She represents the powerful force of the Law of Attraction and reminds you that what you are is what you attract.
This isn’t to say that you need to blame yourself for inviting transgressions or if you find yourself a victim of a big-picture event say, a war. This is a distorted interpretation of this law.
Certain events are fated to test our faith.
Rather, find yourself within the web woven through your life your relationships, opportunities, desires, seeming failures, and successes. Observe how you’ve responded to life’s challenges, great and small, and be aware of what is familiar in the present. Release all judgment, and accept things exactly as they are with love.
The Lady of the Mirror asks that you honor every part of your story as essential to your highest unfolding. Can you see yourself as being exactly where you need to be on your path? 7 ~ First Breath
When the First Breath card shows up for you, it is time to leave the old stories and tales behind. You have arrived. Take a deep breath, and another. There is nothing else you need to do but take in the new world that is revealing itself around you. Trust your natural curiosity.
There is no need to dwell on how difficult the journey has been or how tight the passage to get where you are now. Just take it all in and experience the awe and wonder of your arrival at this destination. Even if it is a familiar place you have come to many times before, try to experience it as if for the first time, for you are renewed and the old you is no longer your concern.
Practice the beginner’s mind, not labeling or naming what you see and experience. That situation that was so difficult only a few days ago? Just be with it— and breathe. You have already gone beyond it, have overcome and resolved it, even if no one else realizes this yet. Soon enough they will, as you move on.
Do not squander the power of the First Breath giving the old narrative mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. Use it for new beginnings, to animate a world you can play and create in. Do not underestimate the power of your breath and the magic of the world.
8 ~ Benefactor
When the benefactor weaves her energy into your life, you’re put on notice that all manner of positive reinforcement is coming your way. The Universe wants to let you know that just as you have been generous with others, serving with your gifts even in the smallest capacity, so will you be rewarded in myriad ways.
The most beautiful gift the Benefactor gives you is recognition is that you are stewarding and sharing abundance on behalf of a higher source, one that is always working through you. The motives for her generosity to you, as well as yours to others, are intangible, although you will see the results reflected in the material world. The Benefactor reminds you that it’s in the purity of your desire to share without the need for reciprocity that, paradoxically, your initial generosity is reciprocated tenfold, seemingly without any connection to the original act. As you observe the drama, you unleash the power of the sacred feminine that allows for resolution.
The Sky Dancers know the maps of Heaven and the way to the most sacred places on Earth. They come to help you with your current life and, even more important, to guide you to the realization of your own divinity.
10 ~ Galactic Mushroom
You might have been thinking and acting like you were the only one in the dream creating your life. The Galactic Mushroom arrives as a playful yet potent reminder that you need to get with your Higher Power. The universal laws are not for your benefit only. The law of attraction does not exist just to serve up your desired outcome.
The matrix of Consciousness Source (or God, Spirit, and many other names) is intricately woven into life. There is so much complexity that the human mind cannot comprehend all the moving parts. It’s impossible to see beyond what you already know, just as the head of a mushroom is clearly visible above the soil but not the living biome below. The threadlike mycelium of fungi form vast, intricate networks underground, connecting different life forms with one another in a mind of “internet” of the plant kingdom. Imagine the Divine Matrix serving the same way, connecting the individual consciousness with that of the Divine.
The Galactic Mushroom reminds you that your dreams and desires are heard. This is a call for faith and trust. Whatever intention you hold consistently, with hope and faith, first manifests in the unseen realms. Whether or not you can see it working on your behalf, eventually you see the evidence play out in the serendipitous events that work in your favor seemingly outside of the law of cause and effect.

11 ~ Dances On One Foot
When Dances on One Foot shows up, you are called to find a new balance. Just as a dancer moves gracefully into each pose, no matter how precariously balanced a step might seem, you must bring equanimity to the situation before you, no matter how thorny or difficult a relationship seems. If you are putting too much effort into managing your life, work, relationships, family, and digital media, you are missing the point. You have to be dancing while juggling your entire life, knowing that at any one time, half of it is going to be up in the air!
It’s not that you are doing too much and find it impossible to catch up; rather, it’s that you are confusing readiness with preparation. You will never, ever be fully prepared for all the challenges in life, but you can be ready to say yes to a new invitation the Universe offers you. Live in a state of yes to Spirit and no to everything not infused with life, romance, vitality, and the sacred. You will be surprised by how quickly your load lightens when you hold true to this lesson.
You are challenged now to work the resources available to you and not be seduced by the belief, If only I had more… Life has provided you with everything you need to accomplish your goals and fulfill your mission.
When it feels like you are losing your balance, do not contract, holding your arms close to your chest, for you will fall. Instead, reach out and extend them fully, saying yes to Spirit’s steadying hand.
12-15 is your overall energy during this Full Moon.
12 ~ Clear out the old
Whatever you are experiencing now is a creation that you have brought into existence from past thoughts and feelings. While in this moment it may have you caught up, you can let go and begin to dream a new reality. Let go of the aspects of this creation that no longer serve you or have a purpose. Release what has gone wrong in the past. Release also any material possessions that do not serve the new dream that you want to create. Know that where you are now, you can create anew and begin again.
13 ~ Contemplation
Enjoy your own company. This is a wonderful time for you to recognize and consider the things you enjoy most in your life. Make a point of spending a little time allowing your mind to wander away from the every day concerns that occupy your time. Give yourself an opportunity to be inspired. Ruminate on your inner voice and listen to your own counsel.
14 ~ Higher Ground
Move your thoughts, emotions and outlook to a new perspective. Take an overview of what is going on. Just through shifting your perspective you will see the whole situation in a clearer light. A different course may become apparent. You will be able to focus on what is most important to you. Make a cautious effort to get above the situation. If there is nothing pressing in your life at the moment, consider something that may be unresolved from the past. Use the same idea of climbing above it with the intention of healing it. Once you achieve the higher ground perspective, you may find yourself filled with peace- a beautiful outcome!
15 ~ Clear Endeavor
Something you truly desire requires a bigger commitment from you. This could be physical, emotional or mental. Identify what your needs are at this time. Actually commit to the this goal and be willing to put in the time to make it become reality. Commitment plus hard work will assist in bringing your goals to completion. Once you decide, give your best to everything that you do. It gives plenty of new opportunities for you to reach your goals in no time. Pay attention to signs along the way as nature works to assist you.
